The very beginning . . .

Woodswoman Walking is a work in its embryonic phase.  I plan to walk the Camino de Santiago in the Fall of 2013, and want to track my thoughts and actions while I prepare for an 800+ km. adventure across northern Spain.  I’ve never considered anything even close to this type of journey, but somehow the seeds of desire for this trip were planted, watered and have sprouted almost outside of my consciousness.

The sprouts have caught fire, the breeze is coming up, and the energy is roaring inside me.  Keep reminding me that I have eighteen months to go before I leave for Spain.  In the interim, there is much training to do, many miles to walk right here where I live.

So be patient while I learn my way around WordPress, fiddle with the appearance of this site, and begin to post my preparations.
